These terms and conditions will apply every time you place an order on this website.
Returns/ Refunds/ Exchanges/ Cancellations/ Amendments
An order can only be cancelled or amended prior to dispatch.

If for some reason you are not satisfied with the goods you have purchased or they are faulty, you can return them for an exchange or refund.
We will be happy to exchange goods providing the goods are returned within 30 days of the receipt date and are returned in perfect condition – unused, not washed, not altered, all labels attached and the item must be in the original packaging.
We cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged goods.
All returned goods must be accompanied with a completed “Returns” form, which was enclosed with your order.
You must obtain a “Proof of Posting Certificate” from the Post Office when returning items as we cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or damaged in the return post.

We regret that postage, packaging and insurance for returned or exchanged goods are a direct cost and cannot be refunded as they are the responsibility of the customer.
Postage will be refunded on returned “faulty” goods when the refund is made.
If you wish to receive a refund we will re-credit the original purchaser's credit card or PayPal account for the sum paid less the postage cost.
Please allow 7 working days for the returned goods to be processed once they reach us.
If you are exchanging goods and the item you require costs less than the one returned, we will refund you the difference.
If you are exchanging an item and the cost of the new item is more expensive than the one you returned, an additional payment will be required before the item is posted.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving payment for the goods.
All goods sent within the UK will require a signature.
Aardvark Clothing makes every effort to ensure that all goods are delivered within the estimated times provided.
Delays due to unforeseen circumstances can occur and we will not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver the goods within the specified estimated times.
